Kaspersky finally figured out what the issue with Outlook was. That works now. Now my issue is logging into Facebook. Facebook thinks someone is hacking my account when I try to log in with Secure connection enabled. How are these issues address with other programs? Or do others have these issues?

That sounds like a reasonable problem to have, as in, I would expect Facebook to do that to you.
It should only be a problem initially because Facebook notices that your IP changed... can you get past it? It should eventually learn to just accept that you're coming from the Kaspersky VPN's IP. Same with your bank website(s) and whatnot.

No, I kept getting prompted to authenticate my account. Never actually got logged in until I stopped the VPN.
